Maize's Homemade Coco Nut Balls
There are going to be some lucky people this year who will receive my homemade coco nut balls!  The most labor intensive portion of the recipe is dipping the balls in chocolate.  Otherwise, it's super simple!

I found these little take out containers at The Paper Zone and printed off labels on matte white labels.  I then spray painted them with a clear gloss and sprinkled fine pink glitter over the top.

The inside is lined with parchment paper and wax paper.  These little containers fit about 3-4 coco nut balls.

Here's the recipe.  Enjoy!

2 cups coconut
3 cups finely chopped nuts
1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
2 pounds powdered sugar (1 bag)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle)
Chocolate Almond Bark

Mix:  2 cups coconut, 3 cups nuts and 1/2 pound of butter.
Add:  2 pounds powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.

Roll into balls the size of small walnuts and chill overnight.  Melt almond bark, dip balls in, remove with toothpicks, place on paper till cool.  Can be frozen.
