I used to make this cake when I was a kid.  It's an oldie but a goodie! 

Mine kind of looks like he's on a sugar high!

Here's what you'll need:

1 box white or chocolate cake mix

1 tub of white frosting

1 bag of coconut

Jelly beans or gum drops

Black lace licorice

(This is the hardest to find.  I purchased mine at a candy store)

Two round greased cake pans

Mix the cake according to the instructions and bake in two round cake pans.

The face is one round cake and the ears and tie are cut from the other round.  Simply cut the ears in a half circle on each side.  The tie will be in the middle.

Arrange the cake as shown, frost and decorate!

Kids love it!
