Here's my Christmas card this year!
I purchased kraft card stock in 8 1/2 x 11 sheets from a local scrapbook store and cut it in 1/4. I stitched the ornament with pink yarn. The french knots are a light green crochet thread. Then I drew out a circle in glue with the tip of a glue bottle. I poured fine pink glitter over the glue and then placed the sequins on the glue circle. I then cut a piece of kraft brown paper and glued it to the back to cover up the stitching. It also gave me an area for a personal message. I took some fancy scissors and cut around the edges. The envelope flap is also cut along the bottom with the same edge. I'm using vellum envelopes and placed the ornament side in the front so you can see it.
I hand lettered the front with "May Your Days Be Merry!"
I like the fact that I didn't use a computer this year and did it entirely by hand.
